Additional Information: BG (Ret) Bruce Bingham (US Army Reserve, Special Forces--Civil Affairs) will address approximately 20 graduating seniors who will commission as Second Lieutenants into the U.S. Air Force, Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve. Family, friends, and supporters from the Rutgers community are invited to attend the fomal ceremony. Informal reception follows in the undergraduate student lounge.
