Developed in partnership with state and federal agencies and others, the workshop will serve as an important educational and training opportunity for local public health officers in New Jersey. Additionally, the workshop will serve to assist with building capacity into the Together North Jersey deliberative process to foster consideration of health impacts into development of the Regional Plan for Sustainable Development.
The audience for this workshop is expected to include participants of the standing committees that are part of the Together North Jersey initiative, local public health officers in New Jersey, and other interested individuals and organizations including planners and policymakers..
