Additional Information: The causes of preimplantation embryo failure and early miscarriage in women who have undergone assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are poorly understood. Research in the Knott laboratory is focused on understanding the fundamental transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms that support blastocyst development.
