Delayed and transgenerational effect of Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) on female reproductive system of rats

Synopsis: DEHP is commonly added to plastics to make them pliable. This endocrine-disrupting chemical adversely affects the male and female reproductive systems. We investigated its effect on female reproductive parameters focusing on the ovaries of rats at young adulthood and those from the F3 generation.
