Rutgers University Food Safety Specialist Eva Rodriguez Szewczyk will discuss the latest statistics on how COVID is impacting the food industry. Because it is often misunderstood, she will describe the difference between employee and food safety. Most of the program will cover the precautions companies can take to protect their employees and customers.
