This online course will help you gain a better understanding of your personal leadership and communication style so you can enhance your emotional intelligence and put your best foot forward as you enter the workforce.

Broken down into four sessions, each virtual module is designed to be highly interactive and leave participants with tangible skills they can immediately apply.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand your leadership style and how it may be perceived by others
  • Learn the tenets of good public speaking and speech design, and practice applying those skills in a safe environment
  • Explore and enhance emotional intelligence knowledge

Through a combination of live online meetings and activities designed to reinforce the concepts learned in the virtual sessions, this online program will give attendees three of the six educational credits required under the J-1 visa.
