Probably because of the hands-on plant identification walks, the comprehensive classroom lectures, and the online instructional tools that make it a 24/7 plant-loving experience. In this course, you will learn two skills all plant lovers or managers should master:

  • The ability to practice proper plant identification on the properties you manage
  • Expanding your palette of plants to select the right plant for the right site and the right purpose

In small groups led by our instructors, you値l visit Rutgers Gardens where you値l get up-close and personal with plants. You値l see them in their habitat, you値l learn their Latin names, and you値l increase your ability to talk knowledgeably with clients.
