Additional Information: It focuses on our shared vocabulary, including symmetry, ratios, and scale, as well as the relationship between the Core Curriculum Standards for Mathematical Practice (especially visual representations of Geometry and Measurement and Data) and the elements and principles of design. Hands-on activities incorporate a variety of materials and techniques that can be adapted to the individual classroom. Fee for Teacher Workshops is $50 per participant unless otherwise noted, which includes continental breakfast, lunch, and supplies.
