Synopsis: During the hot days of summer, the Zimmerli is the place to be for budding young artists between the ages of 7 and 14. Join us for the museumís popular summer art camp program.

Additional Information: June 27 to July 29, 2016 (no class July 4) Half-day, 9am to noon or 1 to 4pm Full day, 9am to 4pm Classes stimulate, challenge, and delight the many students, both veterans and newcomers, who participate in the program. Children also find inspiration in the museumís collection as they explore the galleries. New sessions in 2016 include Abstraction, Art Meets Science, Creative Collage, Fun with Clay, Mask Making, Printmaking, Upcycled Sculpture, and Urban Art. The faculty of Summer Art Camp is headed by Wes Sherman, a 14-year veteran of the Zimmerli. Sherman has an MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers and is a successful independent artist.
