Clean Communities Health and Safety Training

Synopsis: The purpose of the course is to provide Clean Communities Coordinators with the information they need to organize cleanups that adhere to safety guidelines and to learn how to effectively involve volunteers that may be unfamiliar with applicable safety procedures and regulations.

All attendees must attend the classroom session of the program on June 13 (at the Rutgers EcoComplex in Bordentown) then select one of two scheduled "hands-on" field training sessions which are scheduled for June 22 (Perth Amboy Middlesex County) OR June 23 (Cumberland County exact location TBD). The training course is open to coordinators who are Certified Clean Communities Coordinators and the course can be used for recertification credits.

Target Audience: Alumni,  General Public
