“Understanding the molecular mechanism of clock-mediated heterochromatin formation”

Share Add to personal calendar

Synopsis: Circadian oscillation requires histone modifications and chromatin remodeling to ensure appropriate amplitude, period, and phase of clock gene expression. My work is to understand the relationship between histone modifications and Period 2 natural antisense transcript in the circadian clock.
