Take your wastewater operations career to the next level!

If you're planning to sit for a Level 2 or higher New Jersey "C" wastewater collection system license exam, you are required to complete and pass a 45-hour Advanced Wastewater Collection Systems course.

It consists of 15 three-hour sessions, which meet from 5:30pm - 8:30pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Topics covered in the Advanced Wastewater Collection Systems course include:

  • NJDEP rules and regulations governing wastewater collection systems
  • Hydraulics and flow measurement
  • Inspection techniques for new and existing sewers
  • Math and calculation reviews relating to wastewater operations
  • Sewer cleaning, repair and replacement
  • Grease and odor control

You'll learn the theory and science behind each of these topics, along with examples of practical applications in the wastewater field.
