Additional Information: | Microsoft Word is a powerful tool loaded with features that can increase your productivity and efficiency – if you know how to use them. Can you organize and summarize data using tables and charts? Do you know how to create custom graphics that visually illustrate the information you need to share? Can you customize your documents using styles and themes? Have you taken advantage of time-saving tools like fields that automatically update (eg. with date or time) or custom document templates that you can create yourself? You can do all this and more with the Microsoft Word you use every day! Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
You will also learn time-saving tips and shortcuts to work more quickly and efficiently. Our expert instructor will set aside time to answer your specific questions. Computers will be provided for hands-on learning. Students will complete instructor-led practice exercises to reinforce new skills. Note: Most of the skills taught in this class are applicable to 2010, 2013 and 2016 versions of Word. Windows operating system is used for instruction in all Microsoft Office workshops.
