The NJ Department of Children and Families is pleased to present the 10th Annual NJ Family Success Conference. Family Success Centers (FSCs) are safe, warm and welcoming neighborhood gathering places where any community resident can go for support, information and services. FSCs focus on providing primary prevention services with the goal of strengthening families, providing family support and preventing child abuse and neglect.

The conference will feature Keynote Speaker Dr. Joseph Michelli, an American psychologist, speaker and author. He started his career as a psychologist in 1988 and began writing business books in 2004. He is a New York Times best-selling author. He has written The Starbucks Experience, The New Gold Standard, Prescription for Excellence, and Driven to Delight.

Keyla Pavia, M.A. will be the Distinguished Luncheon Speaker. Keyla Pavia is the Vice President of Enrollment Services at Pillar College, an accredited four year institution of higher learning in New Jersey. She has a passion to serve the youth. In 2016 she founded a girls' mentoring program called Abigail's Place; a one-year coaching program for girls ages 12-23. Today she serves with her husband, Francisco Pavia, as Youth Leaders at Grace Fellowship Chapel in Bedminster, New Jersey, working with Middle School to college-age students.

Attendees will also be able to attend one of ten available workshop sessions during the afternoon.
