Synopsis: Join Chef Kevin Knevals and Due Mari as they pack their bags and head to Rutgers Gardens for a summer series of cooking classes. Each class will feature fresh vegetables and herbs picked fresh from the Gardens. At this class, learn how to make, shape and cook with fresh mozzarella.
