Synopsis: Are you ready to take the basic skills learned in Microsoft Access Level 1 and move onto the next level? Learn more advanced and sophisticated operations in Microsoft Access by building on the basics you already know to build a high-performing database.

In this half day Access training class, you will learn new skills and practice them with hands-on instructor-led exercises. Computers will be provided.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Query a database (simple and design modes)
  • Crosstab queries
  • Parameter queries with simple and compound criterion
  • Manipulate queries
  • Work with duplicates
  • Perform mathematical and statistical operations in queries
  • Create reports based on queries/li>

You will also learn time-saving tips and shortcuts to work more quickly and efficiently. Our expert instructor will set aside time to answer your specific questions.

Note: Most of the skills taught in this class are applicable to 2010, 2013 and 2016 versions of Access. Windows operating system is used for instruction in all Microsoft Office workshops.

Prerequisite: Student must have a foundational understanding of databases before taking this Microsoft access training class.
