“IGF-1R is a suppressor of metastasis in Wnt1 driven mammary tumorigenesis”

Share Add to personal calendar

Synopsis: Signaling through the IGF-1R is complex in breast cancers. We have generated a mouse line containing both MMTV-Wnt1 and MMTV-dnIGF-1R transgenes that leads to increased metastasis through increased cellular stress, an altered EMT phenotype, and an influx of tumor evasive immune cells.
