“Hypocretin / orexin regulation of dopamine signaling and cocaine self-administration“

Synopsis: The seminar will focus on the behavioral and neurochemical impact of hypocretin manipulations as it relates to cocaine abuse disorder. Presented findings will offer support for the hypothesis that the hypocretin system may serve as a target for the treatment of cocaine addiction.
