Synopsis: Professor Bartov will deliver a lecture, "Out of the Shtetl: Anarchists, Zionists, and Other Dreamers Encounter the World," focusing on extraordinary individuals, such as Sigmund Freud and Shmuel Yosef Agnon, with roots in the small Galician town of Buczacz in the century before World War II.
