This public forum explores the intersection of clean energy and the economy with a keynote presentation by Laurence M. Downes, Chairman of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and Chairman and CEO of New Jersey Resources, along with a panel of experts in workforce development and energy planning. In addition to Mr. Downes the panelists will include Carl Van Horn, Distinguished Professor of Public Policy, and Director, John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, Rutgers University; Clinton J. Andrews, Professor and Interim Associate Dean for the Faculty, Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University; and Frank A.Felder (moderator), Director of the Center for Energy, Economic and Environmental Policy, Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
