  • Examine the Importance of Self-Care
  • Identify What Is vs. What Is Not Self-Care
  • Learn About Self-Care Practices
  • Practice Mindfulness and Awareness exercises

Participants will have the opportunity to create a customized plan that will support their individual needs.
