The time to plant seeds is NOW! Learn techniques for growing native perennial plants from seed. Learn seed dormancy, scarification, stratification and other treatments sometimes needed to coax seeds to grow. Participants will go home with a planted flat containing several species of native plants.

Harry Devlin (1918-2001) enjoyed a prolific and successful career as an artist, illustrator, and cartoonist. Beginning in the 1960s and in collaboration with his wife Dorothy Wende, Devlin produced more than twenty childrenís books. On view July 2, 2016 - June 25, 2017 (museum closed in August)
